Refund policy
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, except where statutory exceptions apply.
1.2. Returned or exchanged goods must comply with the conditions set out in this Policy.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
2.1. Returned or exchanged items must be:

unused;

unwashed;

in original condition;
-
with original tags attached;
-
in original, undamaged packaging;

complete, as originally received.
2.2. These conditions do not apply to defective or damaged goods.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned or exchanged goods if the conditions of this Policy are not met.
3. Return and Exchange Procedure
3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, the Customer must contact the Seller by email at luka@ziauru.com, providing:

order number;

reason for return or exchange;

contact details.
3.2. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer, except in cases where the goods are defective or damaged.
3.3. Exchanges, where available, are shipped free of charge.
3.4. If an exchange is not possible due to lack of stock, the Seller will refund the amount paid for the goods, excluding original shipping costs.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refunds are processed within 7 (seven) business days from the date the returned goods are received by the Seller.
4.2. Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
