TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Customer and the Seller – MB “Žiauru”, company code 306305008, address Vingrių g. 19-8, Vilnius, Lithuania, email info@ziauru.com – when purchasing goods from the online store.
1.2. By placing an order in the online store, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Prices

2.1. All products and their main characteristics are described in the online store.
2.2. The Seller is not responsible for minor differences in product color, size, or appearance due to the Customer’s display or device settings.
2.3. All prices in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR).
2.4. Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
2.5. The Seller reserves the right to change product assortment and prices at any time.

3. Order Placement and Fulfillment

3.1. The Customer places an order by completing the order form and providing accurate and complete information.
3.2. The Seller begins processing the order only after full payment for the goods and shipping has been received.
3.3. Orders are shipped within up to 7 (seven) business days from the date payment is received, unless stated otherwise.

4. Payments

4.1. Payments are made using electronic banking or other electronic payment methods available in the online store.
4.2. Payment is considered completed when the full amount is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for actions or technical issues of banks or payment service providers, nor for errors made by the Customer during payment.

5. Delivery

5.1. Goods are shipped from Lithuania to the address provided by the Customer.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (couriers, postal services) or force majeure circumstances.
5.3. The Customer must inspect the shipment upon receipt and notify the Seller promptly of any damage.

6. Liability

6.1. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from the Customer’s failure to read or comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the procedures established by Lithuanian law.
